Consequently, I progressed directly to the final phase, when I was required to do an extra project and deliver a presentation in Japanese. The whole procedure was completed over a span of 10 days, culminating in a face-to-face interview with an individual of Japanese nationality employed by the organization.

During the course of the scholarship interview, I was constrained to a limited timeframe of ten days to concurrently deliver a presentation and engage in project work. The task at hand involves comprehending and analyzing a report written in Japanese, with the objective of independently extracting pertinent information. Subsequently, the aim is to provide solutions to the challenges outlined within the report, also in Japanese. In order to achieve this objective, it is necessary to undertake a novel project and use a wide array of technological tools and resources. In order to provide sufficient time to both components, I first experienced several challenges until the last day; nonetheless, I fortuitously managed to complete the task within the required timeframe.
