In relation to this matter, Vu said, “In the past, similar to my peers, I engaged in an internship during my third academic year with the intention of gaining practical knowledge prior to completing my studies.” Upon being informed of my selection for a scholarship from Sun* Asterisk Vietnam, my academic plan underwent significant modifications. In addition to enrolling in the specialist training program in Vietnam-Japan Information Technology at Phenikaa, it is necessary for me to fulfill the requirements of a distinct training program offered by Sun* Asterisk Vietnam enterprise. Hardships amidst the challenging journey

The path to achieving success is always fraught with difficulties and tribulations, particularly when confronted with several formidable challenges. The aforementioned statement holds true in the case of student Nguyen. Within a brief span of 10 days, Vu demonstrated remarkable personal growth and attained a level of achievement that beyond his initial expectations. In addition to securing the role of Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) at Sun* Japan, Vu has also been awarded a grant from the grant Program for second-year students of Sun* Asterisk. Despite the proximity of time, the individual shown much exertion, resolve, and achieved commendable accomplishments. In order to attain this accomplishment, Vu divulged:

The two preparations occurred in close succession, with just a little time interval between them, resulting in a significant amount of strain being placed upon me. To be considered for the role of Bridge System Engineer (BrSE), applicants are required to through a three-stage selection process. The first stage involves the submission of a qualifying curriculum vitae (CV). Subsequently, candidates proceed to the second stage, which includes an interview conducted by Vietnamese individuals to assess their compatibility with the organizational culture. During the second round, I was required to successfully complete a Japanese language interview focused on the topic of technology. I am required to engage in mostly Japanese communication with the recruiting committee of Sun* Japan.

Due to my possession of a N3 Japanese certificate from the previous year, I was exempted from the early stages of the scholarship selection process. Consequently, I progressed directly to the final phase, when I was required to do an extra project and deliver a presentation in Japanese. The whole procedure was completed over a span of 10 days, culminating in a face-to-face interview with an individual of Japanese nationality employed by the organization.

During the course of the scholarship interview, I was constrained to a limited timeframe of ten days to concurrently deliver a presentation and engage in project work. The task at hand involves comprehending and analyzing a report written in Japanese, with the objective of independently extracting pertinent information. Subsequently, the aim is to provide solutions to the challenges outlined within the report, also in Japanese. In order to achieve this objective, it is necessary to undertake a novel project and use a wide array of technological tools and resources. In order to provide sufficient time to both components, I first experienced several challenges until the last day; nonetheless, I fortuitously managed to complete the task within the required timeframe.
