Mr. Pham Trung Dung is a Lecturer at Phenikaa University, appointed in 2023. He brings over a decade of teaching and practical cybersecurity experience from his prior roles at the People’s Security Academy and the Ministry of Public Security. His academic interests lie in streaming algorithms and submodular optimization, which are applied in collaborative research at Phenikaa’s School of Computing.
Mr. Dung mentors students for competitive programming contests such as the National Olympic in Informatics and the ACM ICPC and serves as an academic advisor for undergraduate research projects and capstones. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at Phenikaa University.
