M.Sc. Pham Hoang Giang is a Lecturer at Phenikaa University since 2020, with a strong background in computer science, operations research, and programming. He has industry experience as a part-time Software Engineer at Phenikaa Digital Transformation JSC from 2021 to 2023, where he contributed to digital infrastructure projects and optimization systems.

Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Singapore Management University (SMU), his research focuses on constraint programming, mixed-integer optimization, and decision tree learning. His scholarly contributions span both academic conferences such as KSE and SoICT and journals like Computers & Operations Research. Mr. Giang actively mentors student research, programming clubs, and capstone projects.
