Mr. La Van Quan is a Lecturer at Phenikaa University since 2022, specializing in wireless sensor networks, optimization algorithms, and reinforcement learning. Before his academic appointment, he held roles as an Algorithm Engineer at Abivin and Data Scientist at Eway JSC. He also served as a Research Assistant at Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Quan has published extensively on wireless sensor networks and optimization techniques in journals such as Neural Computing and Applications, Applied Soft Computing, Sensors, and Expert Systems with Applications. He has contributed to IEEE and ACM conferences and serves as a reviewer for journals like IEEE Network Magazine and IEEE Transactions on Machine Learning in Communications and Networking. In 2024, he began a Ph.D. program at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney.
