Ms. Dang Thi Ngoan is a Lecturer and Researcher at Phenikaa University, appointed in 2024 after over a decade of academic service at the Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment. Her expertise spans parametric optimization, minimax problems, and convex/nonconvex analysis, with recent publications in SCIE Q2 journals.
She is an active member of the School of Computing’s Curriculum Development Committee and a mentor to student programming and research groups. She also gained international exposure through a research internship at the University of Valladolid, Spain, and is committed to continuous learning through doctoral studies and online education.
