Mr. Vu Quang Dung is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Computer Science, Phenikaa University, with over 20 years of teaching and software engineering experience across academia and industry. He previously served as Lecturer at the University of Engineering and Technology (VNU) and at Ball State University, USA. He has held leadership roles such as CTO at Ecovision JSC and Manager of the Toshiba–Coltech Software Technology Laboratory.

His academic contributions include agent-based systems, mobile web adaptation, and web services mash-ups. He has developed practical AI applications such as Vietnamese voice recognition and medical chatbots and maintains a strong interest in integrating AI with real-time systems and software architecture. Mr. Dung is certified in project management, software quality, and university teaching.
