Dr. Tran Dang Hoan is a Lecturer in Computer Science at Phenikaa University, where he has served since 2019. He brings over two decades of academic experience, including nearly 20 years as a Lecturer at Vietnam Maritime University. His doctoral and research work in Germany focused on distributed data streams, clustering algorithms, and change detection in wireless sensor networks.
Dr. Hoan’s research contributions span multiple peer-reviewed international conferences and journals, particularly in data stream processing and mobile data management. He is an active peer reviewer for international journals and conferences and a member of Vietnam’s open-source software advocacy community.
