Dr. Pham Ngoc Hung is currently the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science at Phenikaa University. He has over two decades of teaching, academic leadership, and research experience in information systems, having previously served as Vice-Dean and Lecturer at Hung Yen University of Technology and Education from 1999 to 2022.
Dr. Hung specializes in smart systems, speech recognition, and energy-efficient wireless sensor networks. He has authored and led numerous research projects on embedded systems and control devices using machine learning. His publications appear in international journals such as IJCNC, IJSEAS, and Springer’s CSoNet proceedings. In addition, he has contributed to national ICT education by co-authoring a Vietnamese programming textbook.
