Dr. Nguyen Thi Thuy Lien is a Lecturer at Phenikaa University with over a decade of experience in academia. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Networks and Data Communications from the University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University in 2023. Prior to joining Phenikaa University in 2021, she taught at Hanoi National University of Education for nine years and also worked as a web developer at Vietnam Price Joint Stock Company.

Her research interests lie in network function virtualization (NFV), edge computing, and traffic control algorithms, with a notable focus on optimization modeling and service-aware routing. Dr. Lien has contributed significantly to the field through peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals like IEEE Access, Sensors, and Computer Networks, and she actively serves as a reviewer for international journals and conferences including Cluster Computing and Global Communications Conference.

At Phenikaa, she contributes to both teaching and curriculum design and has been involved in interdisciplinary initiatives such as the “Climate Change Adaptation Using Digital Geospatial Twins” project. Her teaching is enriched by certifications in front-end development, web application security, and advanced networking.
