Dr. Nguyen Cong Luong is a Lecturer at Phenikaa University, where he has been a full-time faculty member since 2019. Prior to joining Phenikaa, he served as a Research Associate at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, contributing to pioneering research in wireless communications, edge computing, and federated learning networks.
With a foundation in image and signal processing, Dr. Luong has built a distinguished research profile, co-authoring numerous papers in top-tier IEEE journals and conferences. His work intersects the domains of network optimization, intelligent systems, and smart security architectures. He regularly serves as a reviewer for IEEE journals and plays an active role in shaping the computing curriculum at Phenikaa University.
