Phenikaa University Welcomes a Delegation of 67 International Enterprises as Part of the Rikkei Global Summit 2025

On 10 October 2025, Phenikaa University had the honour of serving as a key stop on the Rikkei Global Summit 2025 journey, welcoming a delegation of 67 international enterprises and organisations from Japan, South Korea, and several other countries. Jointly organised by Rikkeisoft and Phenikaa University, the event was a prominent initiative aimed at connecting Vietnam’s high-quality human resources with the global market.

Connecting Vietnamese Talent with Global Opportunities

Under the theme “Connecting Vietnam IT Talent with Global Opportunities”, the programme featured the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Phú Khánh – Deputy Director of Phenikaa University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngô Hồng Sơn – Vice Dean of the Phenikaa School of Information Technology; Mr. Nguyễn Viết Lâm – Deputy CEO of Rikkeisoft; as well as nearly 70 representatives from international companies and students of the Vietnam–Japan IT programme.

The theme of the exchange programme was “Connecting Vietnam IT Talent with Global Opportunities.”

The event aimed to enhance the reputation and international profile of Phenikaa University and Rikkeisoft in the eyes of global partners. At the same time, it showcased an effective collaboration model among the university, enterprises, and students, emphasising the importance of high-quality human resources with strong foreign-language competence in an international working environment.

A space for sharing, connection, and collaboration

The programme was designed with diverse and in-depth activities, offering a well-rounded experience for the international business delegation. The event began with a commemorative photo session on campus, followed by an introductory presentation on Phenikaa University.

The programme was curated with rich and in-depth content, creating a comprehensive and rewarding experience for the international business delegation.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Phú Khánh presented the University–Industry collaboration model and outlined the opportunities that enterprises can unlock through educational partnerships. He also shared the university’s training orientation and its strengths in developing high-quality human resources.

“We firmly believe that connecting universities with businesses will create a sustainable ecosystem in which students not only acquire academic knowledge but also develop holistically to become global-ready talent. The presence of international enterprises here today is clear evidence of the value that this collaborative model brings.”

In addition, the delegation toured Phenikaa University’s modern facilities, including the Computer Science Research Lab, the Semiconductor Center, and the Autonomous Vehicle Research Lab. They also engaged in direct conversations with students from the Vietnam–Japan IT programme currently studying at the university.

The visit of the international business delegation as part of the Rikkei Global Summit 2025 was not only an opportunity to showcase Phenikaa University’s training capabilities but also a reaffirmation of the university’s position in advancing internationalisation and global educational integration. This serves as a solid foundation for Phenikaa to continue expanding its global partnership network, bringing Vietnamese students closer to opportunities for study, research, and employment in the world’s leading technology markets.
