Congratulations to two outstanding students from Cohort K15 of the Computer Science program who have successfully defended their graduation projects ahead of schedule—both earning the highest evaluation grade of A+ (Excellent).

• Le Ba Luat presented a project titled “Location Optimization for Retail Chain Investment”. Luat has achieved remarkable academic milestones, including two published papers in reputable international journals and a third paper currently under peer review. In addition to his strong research portfolio, Luat demonstrated an impressive command of English, earning a TOEIC score of 840.

• Bui Duong Kham defended the project “Developing a Vietnamese Book Digitization System Using OCR Technology”. Kham showcased his capability in building and training models for digitization and deploying the complete system on the AWS cloud platform. With an IELTS score of 7.5, he possesses a solid foundation in English for continuing academic and professional development in an international environment.

Both students have ambitious plans for the future:

🔹 Kham is planning to begin a Master’s program in South Korea

Launched in October 2021, the Computer Science program at Phenikaa University equips students with in-depth knowledge in algorithms, optimization, big data, and artificial intelligence—preparing them to solve complex problems in large-scale information systems. In parallel, the university emphasizes applied IT training to meet the growing demand for high-quality professionals in the technology sector.
