Dr. Pham Van Ha is a Lecturer at Phenikaa University since 2021, with a dual doctoral background in Information Systems and Geography. His interdisciplinary research spans geoinformatics, remote sensing, and air quality monitoring, with several years of research and development experience at the University of Engineering and Technology, VNU Hanoi.
He has been involved in major international and national research projects funded by the European Commission, KC4.0, and the Vietnam-Italy Cooperation Program. His work focuses on environmental informatics, satellite data fusion, and predictive modeling for disaster mitigation and urban air quality forecasting.
Dr. Ha serves as an academic advisor, reviewer for national ICT conferences, and mentor to student research and capstone projects. He is a principal researcher at GEOI-Lab, VNU-UET.
