Dr. Nguyen Le Thu is a Lecturer at Phenikaa University, specializing in computer networks, cybercrime forensics, and web quality of experience (QoE). With over 20 years of combined academic, research, and industry experience across Vietnam and New Zealand, she brings interdisciplinary depth to computing education.
Dr. Thu previously served as Vice Dean and Division Leader at the University of People’s Security and as a software engineer for InSource IT Ltd. Her doctoral research developed novel analytical frameworks for QoE assessment, integrating network performance and human behavior factors. She is a certified senior IEEE member and holds multiple certifications in cybersecurity and network administration. Dr. Thu actively engages in global academic discourse as a speaker, reviewer, and program committee member.
